  18. Our Accounting department ensures that all construction bills on your home are paid within a timely manner. Within 30 days of completion of construction, Belle Terre will provide lien releases for all companies that performed work at your site.
     
  19. PERMITTING

  20. Various permits are needed to construct a new home. We know what these permits are and at what stage in construction they need to be obtained. Although other companies have to hire professional permitting technicians, we here at Belle Terre have our own permit "expert" who knows the ins and outs of the permitting process.
